Moore Global, an accounting and advisory firm, has announced the integration of JFC Group into its network, a move that bolsters its foothold in the Middle East.

The newly formed Moore JFC Group emerges from the transition of JFC Group from Baker Tilly, enhancing Moore Global's regional capabilities.

Established in 1977 by Group Managing Partner Mago JB Singh, Moore JFC Group has a footprint across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and the Republic of Seychelles.

The firm's main practice areas encompass audit, assurance, and tax. It also offers advisory and consulting, providing deep expertise in sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, education, logistics, financial services, hospitality, media, and industrial engineering.

Moore JFC's consulting services span a wide array of disciplines, including management and strategic consulting, governance, risk, and compliance, and environmental, social, and governance.

Additionally, the firm offers expertise in corporate, structured, and project finance, information technology and cybersecurity, industrial and manufacturing consulting, and legal services.

Moore Global CEO Anton Colella said: “We are delighted to welcome Moore JFC Group into our growing global family. Mago and his team will strengthen our Middle Eastern and global networks, offering greater opportunities for our firms and their clients, and expanding the services we offer.”

Moore JFC Group managing partner Mago JB Singh added: “We are delighted to be part of the Moore family as the newest member of the Moore Global Network. Our endeavour is to contribute to Moore’s growth story and add to the success of Moore globally, by becoming the single largest firm in the region.”

“By aligning our resources and capabilities with existing Moore members, we will add value to our global, regional, and local clients—who will be the greatest beneficiaries of this new relationship.”

“This development marks a significant opportunity for our team members across the Middle East, as well as for our colleagues and their clients worldwide. We eagerly anticipate this exciting new chapter of growth”.

In March 2025, Moore Global appointed seven new global leaders and introduced private equity as a new global sector focus.

"Moore Global expands with JFC Group integration" was originally created and published by International Accounting Bulletin, a GlobalData owned brand.
