Following the acquisition, the shares of Regulus ceased trading on the NASDAQ exchange, and the company became a fully owned subsidiary of Novartis.

Regulus Joins Novartis with Farabursen, an investigational next-generation oligonucleotide aiming to reduce the growth of cysts and kidney size.
