Technology and enterprise software platform PartsSource has opened a new Customer Experience Center at its headquarters in Hudson, Ohio, US, for healthcare technology management (HTM) professionals.

The facility is designed to offer practical learning and demonstration experiences to these professionals aimed at improving healthcare equipment management, operational efficiency, and addressing the challenges faced by healthcare providers in managing mission-critical assets.

The centre delivers real-world insights to support care professionals in cost reduction and risk mitigation.

It also helps in improving the clinical availability of equipment via integrated evidence-based supply chain solutions.

Providing industry-specific training and showcasing opportunities, the centre aims to develop expertise and strengthen equipment management.

The College of Biomedical Equipment and Technology’s (CBET) new HTM Training Center of Excellence – North is a key feature of the centre, offering an on-site classroom and biomed laboratory for hands-on training and practice on portable medical devices.

CBET's HTM Training Center of Excellence – North, in partnership with PartsSource, began its first training course on infusion pumps on 13 May.

The summer schedule includes courses on medical equipment technician, ventilators, and sterilisers, utilising the centre’s equipment and technologies.

These resources enable healthcare professionals to learn how to apply PartsSource technology tools and solutions.
